5. Where can my child use the 529 funds? What if she wants to go to a foreign university?
      A 529 account can be used at most private colleges, public universities, graduate schools, two-year community colleges, and vocational-technical schools in the United States, and even some foreign institutions.  There are approximately 504 foreign institutions listed as eligible institutions for the 2006-2007 school year.  Click here to see U.S. Department of Education's list of foreign and US eligible institutions.
